For nearly a century, DSMW has been welding metal in North Jersey. Today our welders bring TIG, MIG, and laser welding capabilities to projects across the food, pharmaceutical, commercial, and industrial sectors — delivering clean welds, structural integrity, and the kind of cosmetic finish that matters when the project is on display or under FDA inspection.

We weld stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel in our 20,000 sq ft Totowa shop, and we send teams out for on-site welding when the project requires it.

    MIG gives us the speed to hit aggressive lead times without sacrificing strength on heavier-gauge work.

  • Laser Welding

    Our newest welding capability. Laser welding produces:

    • Extremely narrow, precise welds with minimal heat-affected zones

    • Clean cosmetic finishes that often require no post-processing

    • High-volume consistency for production parts

    • Excellent results on thin-gauge stainless, aluminum, and steel

    Laser welding pairs especially well with our laser-cutting workflow — parts can go from sheet to fully welded assembly without leaving the building.
